At Cathy's Custom Emporium, we want you to receive your custom products quickly and efficiently. All items are made in-house and produced as you order.

Turnaround Time:
Our current processing time is 7 to 10 business days before items are ready for shipment or local pickup (unless otherwise stated). If you need expedited service, feel free to contact us!

Pickup & Shipping:
For local pickups, watch your email for instructions. Shipped orders will include a tracking number, so check your inbox (or junk mail). Orders over $75 receive FREE U.S. shipping, with USPS flat-rate shipping for other orders. Local customers can choose free in-store pickup.
