Order Processing & Production Time
How long does it take to process my order?
At Cathy’s Custom Emporium, all items are prepared in-house with care and attention to detail.
Apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts)
Processing time is typically 5–7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays. During high-volume seasons or special releases, processing times may be slightly extended.
Drinkware (tumblers, coffee mugs, and cups)
Most drinkware items are processed and shipped within approximately 2 business days, making them one of our fastest turnaround products.
Are your products made to order?
Yes. Most items are made to order to ensure quality and attention to detail.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, modifications or cancellations may not be available.
Shipping Information
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and USPS transit times. After your order has completed processing, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Does Cathy’s Custom Emporium offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Free local pickup is available. Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready.
What happens if my package is marked delivered but I don’t have it?
Please check with neighbors and your local post office. Once USPS marks a package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Apparel Sizing & Fit
What sizes do you offer?
Most shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts are available in sizes Small through 3X. Size charts are provided on each product page for accurate measurements.
Are your shirts true to size?
Our apparel is primarily unisex fit. For a relaxed fit, order your normal size. For an oversized look, consider sizing up.
What brands do you use?
We use trusted apparel brands such as Gildan and Comfort Colors, depending on the product. Fabric blends and material details are listed in each product description.
Printing & Product Quality
What type of printing do you use?
We use high-quality DTF (Direct to Film) printing, which produces vibrant colors and long-lasting designs when cared for properly.
Will the design crack or peel?
When washed according to care instructions, DTF prints are durable and designed to maintain their appearance over time.
Care Instructions for Apparel & Drinkware
How do I wash my graphic apparel?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach or iron directly over the design.
How do I care for my tumblers or drinkware?
Hand wash recommended. Do not microwave. Avoid prolonged soaking.
Returns, Exchanges & Issues
What is your return policy?
Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns due to change of mind.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly.
Do you offer size exchanges?
If the item is unworn and in original condition, contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss available exchange options.
