Order Processing Time
At Cathy’s Custom Emporium, all items are prepared in-house with care.
Apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts)
Processing time is 5–7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. During high-volume seasons or major design releases, processing times may be slightly extended.
Drinkware (tumblers, coffee mugs, and cups)
Most drinkware items ship within approximately 2 business days, making them one of our fastest turnaround products.
Once your order completes processing, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship all orders using USPS (United States Postal Service).
Shipping speed depends on the service selected at checkout and your delivery location. Transit times are determined by USPS and are separate from processing time.
Total delivery time = Processing time + USPS transit time
Once your package is in the carrier’s hands, delivery timing is managed by USPS.
Free U.S. Shipping
We proudly offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.
The free shipping threshold applies to merchandise totals before tax and after discounts are applied.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your USPS tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the USPS system.

Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available for customers who select this option at checkout.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before arriving to ensure your order has been completed.
Shipping Delays
Cathy’s Custom Emporium prepares and ships orders promptly; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
• USPS transit delays
• Weather disruptions
• Carrier routing issues
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
If your package appears delayed, we recommend contacting USPS directly using your tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once USPS marks a package as delivered, Cathy’s Custom Emporium is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package has been stolen, please contact your local post office to file a claim.
