Cathy's Custom Emporium wants you to receive your product in a timely manner after an order is completed.  All items are made on demand. Current turn around time (unless otherwise stated) is 7 to 10 business days before items are ready for pickup/shipped out. Thank you for your patience! If your item needs to be rushed, just shoot us a message! 

If you are picking your order up, keep an eye out on your email for pick up instructions. If you are having your items shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Be sure to check your junk mail as sometimes it will go there.

Orders over $75 qualify for FREE shipping within the U.S.  All orders, will be shipped based on the flat rate provided.  Shipping is through USPS.

FREE pick up is available for local customers.
